One of the most immediate ways that you can help disaster victims or people in need is by supporting a New Zealand Red Cross appeal.
If you make a donation to a special appeal we will ensure 100 percent of the money you give will be spent on those you intended it for (no administration costs or bank fees will be deducted from your donation).
by credit card online- The online credit card donation process used by New Zealand Red Cross is secure. Your details will remain confidential.
- You will automatically be issued with a tax receipt for your donation. Please retain this for your IRD donation rebate claim.
- Make a credit card donation online.
by direct credit/online transfer
Make a direct credit/online transfer (e.g. via internet banking) to ASB account 12-3192-0006848-01.
- Please include the name of the appeal you would like to donate to and your name in the details/reference sections.
- If you would like us to send you a receipt for a donation made by direct credit please also send us your details. (Select 'Donation', and enter the appeal name and amount donated in the details section.)
- If you donate to a special appeal no administration costs or bank fees will be deducted from your donation.
by phone
By dialing 0900 733 26 a $20.00 donation to the Haitian Earthquake Appeal will be included on your next phone bill.
By dialing 0900 RED CROSS (0900 73 327) a $20.00 donation to New Zealand Red Cross will be included on your next phone bill.
Children please check with your parents first.
