Mental Health Matters Workshop:

To meet the ever increasing needs of New Zealanders, NZRC has developed the Mental Health Matters training programme. This is based on material from The Mental Health Foundation, Australia Red Cross and International Federation of Red Cross among others.
Participants of Mental Health Matters will:
1. Develop an understanding of mental health, mental distress and mental illness and how it affects family/whānau and work colleagues.
2. Will gain a support process and practical skills of the Look, Listen, Link framework to help someone who may need mental health support.
3. Will leave with tools to enable them to create a positive mental health environment in their workplace.
