Database Administrator - Wellington

We have an exciting opportunity for a Database Administrator that would suit someone interested in working in the refugee sector.

This position of Database Administrator supports a team of Assessor/Training Advisors and Employer Liaison staff engaged in supporting clients from refugee backgrounds into employment.

Individual assessments are carried out for all new clients. These are recorded by Assessors and relevant data is transferred to the Pathways to Employment database. Subsequent recommendations and outcomes are entered following on-going interactions with Assessors and Employer Liaison. Reports are generated on individual client activity from the database each month and a summary of outcomes and trends on a quarterly and annual basis.

The programme also offers individuals short training opportunities to develop employment readiness. The administrator assists in the coordination and tracking of these opportunities as well as participating in strategic planning and team meetings.
