Competition terms and conditions

  1. An Entrants entry into the competition will only be valid if they fill out the details in the form on the competition landing page.
  2. Entrants can only have one entry per competition.
  3. The winner(s) will be drawn once the competition has closed, on the date specified on the competition page. The first valid entry drawn for each prize will win. Winners will be notified via email or phone.
  4. The prize draw is final, and correspondence will not be entered into.
  5. The phone number and email submitted through the form will only be used by New Zealand Red Cross to contact the competition winner(s) of the prize to let them know they have won OR to correspond with entrants to prompt them to leave a Google Review based on their experience at the Red Cross Shop they visited.
  6. If the winner has not confirmed acceptance of the prize or has provided incorrect contact details, the prize will be redrawn.
  7. The promotion is not open to schools, clubs or businesses — only individuals can enter.
  8. Staff, Red Cross volunteers and members, along with their immediate families of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
  9. Travel and other incidental costs associated with claiming the prizes are the responsibility of the winner(s).
  10. All prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  11. After the winning entry has been drawn, The Promoter will delete all information they hold on the Entrant and the Promoter's correspondence with the Entrant will end.
  12. If the Entrant is declared the winner of the prize, they will need to collect and redeem this from the Red Cross Shop they entered the competition at, at no expense to the Promoter.
  13. The Promoter is New Zealand Red Cross.
  14. By entering the promotion, Entrants accept the terms and conditions stated above.
