Refugees are ordinary people facing extraordinary circumstances. They have experienced war, persecution, discrimination, racism and oppression.  They've been forced to flee from their homeland because of nothing more than their ethnicity, religion or beliefs. Refugees have been denied basic human rights in their country of origin and are unable to safely return home.

The chefs at Spark Arena have developed bespoke courses which transform traditional homecooked recipes from different cultures, into a high quality three-course menu. The chefs have consulted with our Taste of Cultures recipe book cooks to ensure that they are keeping in line with tradition, we are particularly excited about the Ethiopian Doro Wot and Cambodian Cassava Cake!

Tickets are $150 per person, or $1,200 for a table of ten.
