Face-to-face 4 hoursStarting with Mental Health gives participants the knowledge and confidence to cope with colleagues, customers and whānau experiencing mental distress.
This four-hour course is a great introduction to learning about mental health, mental distress and mental illness and how this affects friends, whānau and colleagues.
Mental Health in the Workplace
Face-to-face 7 hoursMental Health in the Workplace develops an understanding of the mental health continuum and opens the conversation about mental health.
This seven-hour course builds on the knowledge you learn in our four-hour course and provides additional resources and tools for your organisation and team to better identify, understand, and manage mental health issues in the workplace.
Psychological First Aid
Face-to-face 7 hoursPsychological First Aid (PFA) is a simple, yet powerful way of helping someone in distress, so they feel calm and supported in coping with their challenges, whether it’s personal, work related or affects the whole community.
This seven-hour course is ideal for organisations who want to better equip their staff when dealing with stress, how to manage it and how to support our colleagues, friends and whānau who may experience distress, whether it’s in the workplace or at home.
