Chair of the Tasman/Marlborough area council, Margaret Gauden-Ing, says the competition is an opportunity for young people to explore the meaning of Red Cross. "Do you know how and why Red Cross helps millions of people worldwide? Why do we have the red cross as a symbol, and what does it stand for?"
Prizes up for grabs
Junior Division (Years 9-10) Winner $300
Senior (Years 11-13) Winner $500
All entries will receive a certificate of participation.
Criteria and closing date
Competition is open only to Tasman/Marlborough students
Entries close 31 May 2017
Winners announced by 21 June 2017
Poster size: Posters must be on A3 size paper, 29.7 x 42.0cm
A selection of posters will be displayed publicly. Winners will be announced on Red Cross' Facebook page and website.
