New Zealand Red Cross has launched an Emergency Appeal to support people affected by the deadly earthquakes in Venezuela, including the area surrounding Caracas. The earthquakes caused widespread structural damage, damaged homes, hospitals and other critical infrastructure, and prompted a nationwide state of emergency.
