We are the primary provider of community refugee resettlement programmes in New Zealand. Our programmes support and empower new Kiwis as they rebuild their lives here.

Our Meals on Wheels service helps people who are living at home by providing them with a healthy meal every day.

Our friendly Community Transport volunteer drivers help people all around New Zealand who, for medical, mobility or financial reasons, find it difficult to get to appointments.

Restoring Family Links

If you have been separated from loved ones by armed conflict, disaster, migration or another situation requiring humanitarian response we might be able to help. Our services are confidential and free to all residing in New Zealand.

Recovery report

New Zealand Red Cross Earthquake Recovery 2010-2017

On 4 September 2010 and 22 February 2011 Christchurch and the surrounding areas experienced devastating earthquakes. New Zealand Red Cross' Canterbury Earthquake Appeal raised more than NZD$131 million from Kiwis, other Red Cross societies and corporate donations. The funds have reached Cantabrians through grants, community partnerships, outreach and wellbeing projects.
